As Business lead, and part of the Swedish management team, you will build the success of our tech and campaign technology teams and lead the team towards reaching set goals. You will be a key player in forming and executing our business strategies as well as delivering projects for our customers. By understanding our customers businesses and needs you will transform that into technical solutions. It is of utmost importance that you have an understanding of the holistic technical view and how we can help and develop our customer’s systems and ways of working to achieve high quality end-customer engagements. You want to challenge the status quo and make people see their business in new ways.

And in shorter terms, you will:

·       Drive development and growth of tech and growth hacking through sales and delivery.

·       Translate strategic business requirements into technical solutions.

·       Providing customer centered holistic solutions.

·       Consulting and collaboration with both the Avaus team as well as the customer teams.

This role is located in Stockholm but some travel might be required since you will be supporting our teams and customers in several locations.


As Business lead we expect you to have extensive experience in developing technical solutions and a broad technical understanding. Integration environments vary and we trust you have worked with various integration patterns and technologies. You may have a background as a solution architect or developer but your business acumen and ambition are key to performing in this role.

You are used to communicate with both IT departments as well as marketing departments, have strong communication skills and a consultative can-do attitude.

You will be needing:

·       Solid knowledge of solution architectures.

·       Experience in data flows and Marketing Technologies like Salesforce, Adobe etc.

·       Great communication skills and the ability to present and conduct a dialogue at business. management level as well as with technical architects.

·       Being comfortable with delivering presentations in front of senior audiences.

·       Ability to lead projects and people in a trustworthy and convincing way.

·       A commercial mindset.

·       Fluency in Swedish and English.

It will also help if you have:

·       CRM and/or eCommerce experience.

·       Experience in leading and coaching system specialists in the implementation of projects.

·       Understanding of governance, compliance and security aspects in greater organizations.

·       Experience from Big data environments and Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
